  • Yes: 3 months minimum. This gives us enough time to build trust, get into a good rhythm, and see tangible progress together.

  • I work Monday to Friday, usually 1pm to 7pm (Portugal time), and I don’t check messages on evenings or weekends. That said, I’m responsive and proactive during work hours, you’ll never have to chase me. Clear boundaries help me bring my best to your business.

  • Of course. You’ll receive a clear agreement outlining scope, boundaries, payment terms, and cancellation policy. Transparency is key to a great partnership.

  • I bring 8+ years of business experience and a strategic mind. I don’t just execute tasks, I think with you. I’m a copywriter, coach, and content strategist, so I understand both the emotional nuance and practical structure of your business. You won’t need to train me: I’ll plug in and start moving things forward with care.

  • It depends on availability. I only take on a small number of behind-the-scenes clients at a time so I can be fully present. If my calendar is open, we can usually begin within 1–2 weeks. Book a call and we’ll talk timing, needs, and next steps.

  • I support everything from content strategy to email marketing, course setup, Substack formatting, SEO blog writing, automations, and more. If it’s something I’ve done before and you need it off your plate, I’ll take care of it.

  • Yes, we can adjust after the initial commitment period. I want this support to feel like a good fit, not a box to squeeze into.

  • That’s often the case. We’ll clarify your needs together and create a plan that fits your energy, goals, and current capacity.

  • Not usually. I encourage you to use your hours monthly so we keep momentum and flow. But of course, if life happens, we can talk.

  • Mostly via email and WhatsApp, with shared Google Docs or Notion boards when needed. I’ll always keep you in the loop and make sure our priorities stay aligned.
