WHO’S BEHIND THIS?

I run a real business in about three hours a day. Ish.

Hi! I’m Jessica and I'm a homeschooling mum navigating peri-menopause and probably ADD. I have energy dips and migraines that arrive without warning. My energy is at best cyclical, often unpredictable, so I’ve had to learn to protect it…

I didn't find a hack. I just stopped treating myself like a problem to overcome, which means I stopped trying to build a business that looked like everyone else's. I built mine, shaped around my actual life: my real capacity, my fluctuating energy and my real circumstances.

My biggest fear when I started operating this way was that I wouldn’t make enough progress and I’d never make money in my business. And I was totally wrong, because there’s simply no other way for me to function and also respect myself.

So I work in the hours I have. I rest when my body needs it. I simplify ruthlessly. I don’t have crazy systems and MEGA launches, because just the sound of that makes me tired, but I found a way that works for me, and I’m sure you can find a way that works for you too.

I’m telling you this because I used to believe I was the problem. I used to believe that I had to push myself to do more. I was constantly living on the edge of burnout and I had almost lost the hope that I could have a daily life I thoroughly enjoy - calm, creative and spacious.

And then I found my way. And I really want to help you find yours.

This isn’t a course during which I’ll just teach you stuff you’ll never use. It’s a workshop, meaning we create the space and time to do the work together for 3 hours, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

We start with your natural way of living, the energy you want to bring into your days, the life you actually want to have.

Then we look at your circumstances: the things you can't change right now, the constraints that are permanent or long-term, the unpredictables (health, kids, caregiving).

One of the biggest challenge for sensitive caring women is to set boundaries that protect their time and energy. In this chapter, we learn how practice loving boundaries, aka boundaries that are a rooted in respect for yourself and for others.

Finally, we’ll take a deep dive into the root beneath all the roots: your nervous system. Because when your brain is hijacked by fears, you need to know how to come back to yourself first.
